This is a case with sneezing and reduced sleep since 5 years reduced after 12 days of ayurveda treatment. the patient also has increased ESR level and con stipation

Diagnosis: Kshavathu/ Nidranasham

Clinical Notes: Sneezing in the mornings, reduced sleep, swelling on the neck.

History: Sneezing started gradually since 1 month. constipation

Investigation: Hb: 11.47g%, ESR: 22mm/hr

Medicines at the time starting treatments:

1. Vyagryadi kasayam 15ml added with 45 ml lukewarm water and Chukkumtippalyadi tab 1 all together to be taken in morning empty stomach & in evening 6PM

2. Dasamoolarishtam+Vasarishtam+Lohasavam 30ml at noon and night after food.

3. Agastya rasayanam 1 tsp +Vyoshadi vatakam 5 g taken at night bed time followed by a cup of boiled water

4. Nirgundyadi coconut oil to be applied on the head

5. Nimbamruthadi tailam+Dhanwantaram kuzhambu+ Prabhanjanam kuzhambu to be applied on the body

Condition at the time of discharge: swelling on the neck reduced. Sneezing relieved
