Since
time immemorial medical science has been continuously enriched with new
dimensions in all directions. On the bases of therapeutic criteria the
disorders are classified into Medical and Surgical. In a surgical disease
medical treatment has a role to play, whereas in a medical disease surgery

further divided into dysuria diseases where functional anomalies and
composition of urine are altered, where in suppression or obstruction of urine, which occurs due to the abnormal
pathologies which causes obstruction. Painful urination can be caused due to calculi
and stone.
Even though bladder
is the site for the formation of calculi, etiological factors can influence the
formation of calculi in the other sites of Urinary system. The features
described for bladder- calculi can be regarded similar to that of renal
calculus.
The drugs
described in the treatment of Urological disorders may act in the form of diuretic,
normal coloration of urine and cleaning of urine channels
